Rakesh is entrepreneur by nature. He was associated with Bhilai Steel plant in various capacities where he worked on Building & nurturing teams apart from the technical area where his expertise was much sought after. He later on worked with a reputed embedded systems company as Director of Projects. He has also advised and worked on projects with various companies including Bus Rapid Transport Systems in Ahmedabad which is a role model for other states. His team building action leadership & micro planning skills went a long way in creating success stories. His passion to build teams and help them succeed. led him to conceive Top Edge Consulting. '
